It is a compact inline switch designed to sit along your outdoor extension cord or 2-core power cable between your power source and your decorative lights. Place it in an open sky area so its optical daylight sensor can read natural dusk and dawn.
Wiring is zero hassle: using the free tester screwdriver included in the package, attach the 2 incoming AC wires into the IN terminals and your 2 load wires into the OUT terminals. Once powered, it automatically illuminates your festive decor every evening at dusk and cuts off power at sunrise.
10A Relay & 1KW Safe Continuous Rating: The internal relay circuit is rated for 10 Amperes, meaning theoretically it can support loads beyond 2200W (at 220V). How to Connect (3 Simple Steps)
Take your 2-core outdoor extension wire running to your Diwali lights. Cut or strip the ends to expose the 2 incoming and 2 outgoing wire leads.
Use the complimentary line tester screwdriver provided in the package. Loosen the terminal screws, insert the 2 incoming AC wires into the IN terminal block, and insert the 2 outgoing light wires into the OUT terminal block, then tighten securely.
Position the switch in an open sky outdoor spot (such as along a balcony railing or terrace) where natural daylight falls on the top sensor. Turn your wall switch ON once — the dusk-to-dawn sensor handles the rest automatically!
